For the 14th consecutive year, ILWU Local 63, along with Locals 13, 94, Southern California Pensioners, and Women’s Auxiliary #8, funded and participated in the ILWU’s annual “Feed the Community Day” for needy families in the Harbor area. The 70-pound baskets, which can feed as many as 10 people, typically include a whole 12-pound turkey, cornbread, fresh fruit, vegetables, etc.
