First” Memorial Golf Tournament which brings awareness to safety on the job and remembers a fallen ILWU brother, Steve Saggiani (Local 94) who passed on January 19, 2012 after a tragic accident while performing his job in Long Beach. The proceeds of the golf tournament benefit numerous charities as well as ILWU families who have lost a loved one to a fatal accident on the job. The 4-man scramble brings Steve’s family, friends, and co-workers together for a wonderful cause.
